Press-brake and panel bender: complementary technologies
Press-brake: A bending central force is generated by a moving part (punch) between two constraining reactions generated by a fixed part (die).
Panel bender: The bending force is lateral and generated by an oscillating part (blade). The constraining reactions are generated by two parts which strongly lock the sheet. Click here to see how a panel bender works
